Can I edit or add anything to my order?Updated 6 months ago

Need to make changes to your order?

We know shopping online isn’t always perfect and mistakes happen. To make things easier, we’ve introduced a new feature that lets you quickly update your order shortly after it’s placed. 

Editing window

You’ll have 15 minutes after placing your order to make changes. During this time, you can:

  • Update items in your cart
  • Adjust your delivery address or contact details
  • Apply a discount code
  • Change your payment method

How it works

  • Open your order confirmation page, email, or log in to your account.
  • Select the option you’d like to update.
  • You’ll be taken to the order editing page to make your changes.
  • Click Save to confirm.

Payment adjustments

  • If you upgrade to a higher-value item, you’ll be asked to pay the difference.
  • If you switch to a lower-value item, we’ll refund the balance to your original payment method.

Important information

  • Changes can only be made within the 15-minute window. After that, they can’t be guaranteed.
  • If you miss the deadline, reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
  • Once your order has shipped, redirections can be arranged directly with the courier using your tracking link.
