European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union and have purchased products from our website, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For most products purchased online, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods by contacting our Customer Care team at [email protected].
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase, you must return the goods within 14 days.
Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items must be in a condition that allows them to be resold.
You may inspect and handle the goods as you would in a retail store. However, any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and fit of the product may result in a reduction of the refund amount.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods under the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Refunds
Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will process your refund using the original payment method.
Refunds will include the original standard delivery charge paid at the time of purchase where required by applicable law.
Any upgraded or express shipping charges selected at checkout are not refundable.
Exceptions
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Products that have been made to a customer's specifications.
• Clearly personalised or customised products, including items featuring custom embroidery, engraving, patches, bespoke hatbands or other customer-requested modifications.
• Made-to-order products manufactured specifically for a customer following an order being placed.
• Any other products exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable European consumer laws.
These exclusions do not affect your rights in relation to products that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not in accordance with applicable consumer guarantees.
Faulty or Incorrect Products
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
If your product is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact our Customer Care team and we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
