If you are a consumer residing in the European Union and purchased products from our website, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
14-day right of withdrawal
For most products purchased online, you may cancel your purchase and return the goods within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason. To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods by contacting [email protected]. After notifying us, you must return the goods within a further 14 days.
Condition of returned goods
Returned items must be in a condition that allows them to be resold. You may inspect and handle the goods as you would in a retail store. Any diminished value from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics, and fit may reduce the refund.
Return shipping and refunds
Unless otherwise required by law, you are responsible for return shipping under the right of withdrawal. Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Where required by law, the refund includes the original standard delivery charge paid at purchase. Upgraded or express shipping charges are not refundable.
Exceptions
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications, clearly personalized or customized products (including custom embroidery, engraving, patches, bespoke hatbands, or other requested modifications), made-to-order products manufactured specifically for you after your order, or other products exempt under applicable EU consumer laws. These exceptions do not affect your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise non-conforming products.
