Payment options

You can pay in full or pay a deposit and settle the balance before dispatch.

Lead time

The estimated timeframe is shown on the product page at the time of purchase. Most pre-orders take 6–14 weeks, depending on production and shipping. We will keep you updated.

What to expect

1. After placing your pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation with the estimated timeline and any remaining balance details.
2. If you selected a partial payment option, we will send a reminder email 7 days after your order to complete the remaining balance.
3. After final payment, you will receive an update with your estimated shipping or collection date.

For pickup orders, we will notify you when your hat is ready to collect. For delivery orders, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Returns for pre-orders

Eligible pre-order items follow Akubra’s current return policy. Within the applicable return period, you can request a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for the same or a different item, or store credit as a digital gift card valid for 3 years. Items that are personalized, made-to-order, or otherwise final sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
