Payment Options

You can choose to:

• Pay in full now, or
• Pay a deposit and settle the balance before dispatch.

Lead Time

The estimated timeframe will be clearly shown on the product page at the time of purchase. As a general guide, most pre-orders take 6–14 weeks, depending on production and shipping. This may change, but we’ll keep you updated along the way.

What to Expect

1. Order Confirmation - After placing your pre-order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email. This will include your estimated timeline and, if you paid a deposit, details of the remaining balance.
2. Partial Payment Reminder - If you selected a partial payment option, we’ll send you a reminder email 7 days after your order to complete the remaining balance.
3. Despatch & Completion - Once your final payment is received, you’ll get a confirmation with your estimated shipping or collection date.

• For pickup orders, we’ll notify you when your hat is ready to collect.
• For delivery orders, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Pre-orders follow our usual returns policy:

• Exchange for a different size or style (same value), or
• Store credit, valid for 3 years.
