Domestic: 

We deliver nationwide with StarTrack Express. Prices will be calculated at checkout. We aim to dispatch all domestic orders within 1–2 business days. 

For most locations, deliveries will be within 1–7 business days after dispatch. A further 7–10 business days will apply for regional and remote areas.  These timeframes are estimates only, as the exact timeframe is dependent on factors such as the carrier (e.g. StarTrack Express) and your location.

New Zealand: 

We deliver internationally with Australia Post eParcel. Prices will be calculated at checkout. We aim to dispatch all international orders within 3–5 business days. 

For most locations, deliveries will be within 5–10 business days after dispatch. A further 7–10 business days will apply for regional and remote areas. These timeframes are estimates only, as the exact timeframe is dependent on factors such as the carrier (e.g. Australia Post) and your location.

If your order is under NZ$1000 you will not need to pay import duties and taxes. If your order exceeds the threshold, it is the customer's responsibility to be informed of any local customs & taxes charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office prior to receiving your order.

Akubra will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs & taxes charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. Any custom charges paid to receive your order are not refundable upon return.

Rest of World: 

We deliver internationally with DHL Express. Prices will be calculated at checkout. We aim to dispatch all international orders within 3–5 business days. 

For most locations, deliveries will be within 5–15 business days after dispatch. A further 7–10 business days will apply for regional and remote areas.  These timeframes are estimates only, as the exact timeframe is dependent on factors such as the carrier (e.g. DHL) and your location.

There are no additional charges when the product arrives in your country. The following countries will have duties and taxes paid before delivery:

• Canada
• Europe
• United Kingdom
• United States
