Once your return reaches our Kempsey facility, we will process your refund within 2 business days and email you when the return is complete.

Refunds are sent to your original payment method. Please allow a further 3–7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.

Delivery, return shipping, and Checkout Plus fees are non-refundable except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. If your refund has not been processed within 2 business days after the return was received, contact us at [email protected].
